Zusammenfassung

Learning Care Group is seeking a Senior PMO Leader to direct the Enterprise PMO and Domain PMO, ensuring projects move from ideation to execution with standardized processes. You will own the PMO intake, governance, and stakeholder alignment at the executive level.

You will also manage Smartsheet enterprise-wide processes and oversee IT finance functions, including monthly P&L reviews and annual budgeting, while guiding a small portfolio of high-impact initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive project/program management experience, including 3+ years directly managing PMOs or PMO teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Enterprise PMO and Domain PMO Project Managers, ensuring deliverables from initiation to execution.
• Own the intake and evolution of PMO roles, methodologies, and standards.
• Drive performance through Steering Committee engagement and ongoing PMO coaching.
• Establish and maintain a resource capacity planning process across PMOs.
• Manage enterprise project portfolio prioritization and business-case development with finance.
• Oversee the Smartsheet enterprise-wide process and standardized project intake.
• Develop portfolio dashboards and KPIs and lead weekly reviews.
• Lead a portfolio of high-impact projects from ideation to execution and monitor benefits realization.
• Own IT finance functions, including monthly P&L and annual budgeting.
