Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. seeks a senior program management leader to head the PMO and standardize governance across the organization.

You will drive strategic planning, scheduling, performance reporting, and EVMS, ensuring programs meet customer and contractual requirements. Responsibilities include building IMS standards, guiding Program Schedulers and PP&C teams, and delivering dashboards and executive metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years aerospace/defense program management with 5+ years leadership in PMO or equivalent.
• PMO governance standards and enterprise process knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect, leads and manages the PMO, establishing governance, standards, and best practices.
• Develops and maintains standardized PMO processes, templates, and tools; integrates with ERP/Finance.
• Directs Program Schedulers and PP&C personnel; provides leadership and development.
• Maintains Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) standards reflecting scope, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Ensures EVM principles and EVMS practices, DFARS-compliant EVMS where applicable.
• Oversees cost/schedule performance measurement, forecasting and corrective actions.
• Develops dashboards and KPIs for executive reporting and decision support.
• Collaborates with Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations.
