Job summary

StrideCare seeks a highly organized Vice President of Enterprise Project Management to lead end-to-end execution of the enterprise project portfolio, including capital, real estate development, design, licensure, and go-live for clinics.

The role demands building a disciplined PMO, establishing governance, and delivering accurate, board-ready reporting while maintaining a relentless focus on detail, accuracy, and accountability across complex multi-site initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years leading multi-site capital projects or portfolio delivery.
• Ownership of budgets, schedules, risks, and successful delivery.
• Experience opening healthcare or multi-location facilities through go-live.
• Familiarity with ASCs, licensure, accreditation, and regulatory readiness.
• Enterprise PMO or program-management experience in capital and non-capital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a single, accurate source of truth for scope, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status across the portfolio.
• Establish disciplined project governance with stage gates, milestone reviews, and risk escalation.
• Lead de novo clinic delivery from pipeline through opening, including site due diligence and design.
• Track regulator and payer dependencies to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Build and manage detailed pro formas, including capital requirements and EBITDA impact.
• Own project budgets, contingencies, forecasts, change orders, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate real estate, legal, IT, revenue cycle, credentialing, marketing, and clinical ops around milestones.
• Develop PMO standards, templates, and tools for repeatable delivery.
• Manage architects, GC, contractors, and vendors with clear accountability.
• Drive cross-market programs and executive reporting to Boards.
