Job summary

Brook + Whittle is seeking a PMO Manager to lead Enterprise PMO governance, portfolio management, and executive reporting. The role provides standardized templates, dashboards, and a centralized portfolio view to enable disciplined, transparent decision-making across functional teams.

You will collaborate with sponsors, PMOs, Finance, IT, and operations to prioritize initiatives, manage risk, and drive value while maintaining a lean governance structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in project management, PMO, or portfolio leadership roles.
• Experience establishing governance, portfolio management, and executive reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized PMO templates, tools, and governance standards.
• Manage the enterprise project portfolio process for strategic initiatives.
• Establish governance cadences and executive portfolio reviews.
• Support adoption of PMO tools, templates, and reporting processes.
• Maintain executive dashboards and central portfolio source of truth.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with sponsors, PMOs, and stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio-level risks, constraints, and inter-project dependencies.
