You will translate complex cloud solutions into clear customer value, connect strategy across domains, and partner with product and GTM teams to identify ideal customers and opportunities. The role requires deep technical and business insight to craft portfolio-level value propositions and drive messaging that resonates with executives and diverse customer audiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience with cloud infrastructure technologies.
• Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of direct experience with cloud technology adoption or cybersecurity areas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product management and GTM teams to develop portfolio-level strategy documents.
• Create and own positioning and messaging that communicates value to customers.
• Analyze market data to identify customer personas, use cases, and product opportunities.
• Lead product launch strategies including naming, audience definition, and marketing vehicles.
• Develop technical content and reference architectures to educate customers.
• Represent AWS as a technical evangelist in briefings and events.
• Drive field enablement to support launches, campaigns, and customer success.
• Align cloud/AI use cases with ideal customer profiles and best-practice architectures.
