Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape the go-to-market strategy for one of the fastest-growing cloud contact center solutions. You will craft compelling content, understand customer needs, and engage with customers, analysts, and partners to drive advocacy.

Collaborate with AWS field teams and other marketing groups to execute global initiatives, measure impact, and iterate on campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of direct experience working with customers on cloud technology adoption.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud architectures in technical domains (e.g., Analytics, Developer Tools, Compute, Databases, Generative AI)
• Demonstrated experience creating technical content and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Craft & develop compelling stories and content (e.g. presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos.) that land our value proposition
• Have a solid understanding of Amazon customers, our product and the market more broadly
• Regularly engage with customers, analysts, and partners to drive advocacy
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives at events to showcase Amazon innovation, messaging, content, keynotes, and breakout sessions
• Work closely with AWS field teams to maintain internal sales hubs with the latest resources, value propositions, and sales enablement content
• Partner with other marketing teams (e.g., web content, campaigns, demand generation, field teams, and events) to drive and execute on global marketing initiatives.
• Continuously measure and improve product marketing initiatives
