Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Sr. Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to shape cloud cybersecurity strategy and go-to-market plans. You will partner with product and GTM teams to define customer personas, use cases, and messaging that resonates with executives and customers alike.

You will own launch plans, develop technical content and reference architectures, and represent AWS in executive briefings and industry events to drive adoption and success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience with cloud infrastructure technologies.
• Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of direct experience working with customers on cloud technology adoption AND/OR 6+ years of direct experience working in cybersecurity, security operations, networking, threat detection, incident response, endpoint, or IAM.
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans.
• Experience presenting to executive-level audiences and industry analysts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product management and GTM teams to develop portfolio-level strategy documents and guide AWS service prioritization.
• Create and own positioning and messaging that clearly articulates value propositions to customers.
• Analyze and synthesize market data from multiple sources to identify key personas, use cases, and product opportunities.
• Lead product launch strategies and associated plans, including naming, audience definition, and marketing vehicles.
• Develop technical content including presentations, demonstrations, and reference architectures.
• Represent AWS as a technical evangelist in executive briefings, industry events, and analyst interactions.
• Drive field enablement strategies to support product launches, campaigns, and customer success.
