Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own messaging and positioning for a broad observability product area. You will work with product managers and the marketing team to drive campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy and sellers sell our value.

We value teaching product managers and engineers how to think about growth and demand, codifying knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes used across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management experience.
• Experience marketing to a technical audience.
• Ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products.
• Own customer lifecycle campaigns (retention, upsell/cross-sell) and shape marketing programs.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Teach go-to-market concepts to sales teams and deliver training to enablement teams.
