Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a senior product marketing manager to grow our Observability products through strategic messaging and campaigns. You’ll work with product managers and marketing to deliver content, events, and training that help buyers buy and sellers sell our value.

We value teaching product managers how to think about growth, codifying knowledge into AI-forward tools, and empowering teams with enablement materials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management experience.
• Ability to market to technical audiences and translate complex products into value.
• Passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure tech.
• Proven track record in managing launches autonomously and with a team.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to automate messaging.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and GTM teams to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
• Create materials to help customers evaluate and adopt Grafana products: reference architectures and guides.
• Own customer lifecycle campaigns to drive growth across the journey.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Teach go-to-market teams our product capabilities and enablement materials.
