Job summary

Grafana Labs seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own messaging and positioning for a broad observability product area. You will collaborate with product managers and marketing to craft campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy and sellers sell the value of Grafana's offerings.

Reporting to the Product org, you will teach growth thinking, codify marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools, and build enablement materials used across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product/solutions marketing or product management experience.
• Experience marketing to technical audiences.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools to automate messaging and workflows.
• Interest in open source, cloud-native, and infrastructure tech.

Responsibilities

• Define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy with PMs.
• Create materials to help customers evaluate and adopt products.
• Own lifecycle campaigns to shape marketing programs.
• Conduct market and customer research on pain points and competition.
• Deliver training and enablement to sales and partner teams.
