Job summary

Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape messaging and positioning for a broad Observability product area. You will partner with product managers and marketing to craft campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy and sellers sell our value.

As a PMM, you’ll teach growth and demand concepts, codify knowledge into AI-forward tools, and create enablement materials used across the org. This is a remote-first opportunity with global impact.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling value propositions.
• Experience shaping product messaging and GTM strategies for technical products.
• Comfort partnering with product, eng, and sales teams to drive campaigns and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define product value, messaging, and GTM strategy across a broad product area.
• Collaborate with product, eng, and marketing teams to create assets, guides, and campaigns.
• Own lifecycle campaigns (retention, upsell, cross-sell) across the customer journey.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Deliver training and enablement to sales and partner teams.
