Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging and positioning for a broad product area. You will work with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy and sellers sell our value.

Product Marketing sits within the Product org, focusing on growth knowledge, AI-forward tooling, and enablement materials used across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management).
• Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience.
• A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies.
• Proven ability to take on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Actively partner with product managers and engineers to define product value, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt Grafana products: reference architectures, guides, product information.
• Own customer lifecycle campaigns to shape marketing programs and drive growth across the customer journey.
• Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition, and opportunities.
• Teach go‑to‑market concepts to product and sales teams, deliver training and enablement materials.
