Job summary

Grafana Labs, a fully remote observability company, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own messaging and GTM for a broad product area. You’ll collaborate with product managers and marketing to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy and sellers sell our value.

PMMs teach growth thinking to engineers, codify knowledge into AI-forward tools, and drive end-to-end campaigns with a strong emphasis on analytics, writing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management).
• Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience.
• Passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.
• Articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers.
• Experience leading launches autonomously or in teams.
• Experience using AI tools to automate messaging and workflows.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders in complex processes.
• Strong product and technical curiosity for packaging, positioning, and messaging.
• Quantitative analytics for campaign performance and lifecycle metrics.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• High say-do ratio delivering impact.

Responsibilities

• Define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy with product managers to enable sales.
• Create materials to help customers evaluate and adopt products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information.
• Own customer lifecycle campaigns to shape marketing programs across the journey.
• Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points and competition.
• Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and deliver training and enablement.
