Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging and go-to-market for Observability products. You’ll partner with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy and sellers sell our value.

Product Marketing lives within the Product org, teaching PMs and engineers how to think about growth and demand, and codifying knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes.

Competenze

• 4+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management experience.

Mansioni

• Actively partner with product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
• Create materials to help customers evaluate and adopt products (reference architectures, implementation guides, product information).
• Own customer lifecycle campaigns (retention, upsell/cross-sell) across the journey.
• Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points and competition.
• Teach go-to-market and sales teams to articulate product value and provide enablement.
