Grafana Labs is a fully remote company seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging and go-to-market for our Observability products. You will partner with product managers and marketing to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy and sellers sell our value.

This role emphasizes teaching product managers to grow with AI-forward tools, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable enablement materials.

Competenze

• 4+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management experience.
• Experience marketing to a technical audience.
• Passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure tech.
• Ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
• Experience with AI tools to automate messaging and workflows.

Mansioni

• Define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy with product managers.
• Create materials to help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, product information.
• Own customer lifecycle campaigns to shape marketing programs and drive growth across the journey.
• Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
• Teach go-to-market and sales teams about product capabilities and value; deliver enablement materials.
