Grafana Labs is recruiting a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging and positioning for our Observability products within a product-focused org. You will work with product managers and marketing to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy and sellers sell our value.

We expect you to teach product managers and engineers how to think about growth, codify knowledge into AI-forward tools, and drive impact with strategic and hands-on execution across blogs,

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or product management.
• Experience marketing to a technical audience.
• Passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure tech.
• Ability to drive complex projects end-to-end.
• Ability to articulate value of technical products to customers and sellers.
• Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously and in teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools to automate messaging and workflows.

Aufgaben

• Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
• Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
• Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
• Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
• Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
