Job summary

Klaviyo seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own Go-to-Market excellence, building plays and enablement to drive pipeline and revenue. You’ll align PMMs with Sales, CS, Enablement, and Partners to scale messaging and adoption across the field.

You’ll translate product launches into field-ready narratives, assets, and training, partnering with Sales, CS, and GTM Ops to optimize performance in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, sales enablement, or field marketing.
• Proven track record of building sales plays, programs, and enablement.
• Experience collaborating with sales and customer success teams.
• Experience enabling channel/ ecosystem partners is a plus.
• Experience with marketing tech or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM programs, plays, and enablement to drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue.
• Build scalable sales plays with field and cross-functional teams.
• Turn product capabilities into repeatable adoption and expansion motions.
• Define strategy and cadence for product messaging enablement across teams.
• Measure success metrics and iterate based on results.
