Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a versatile Product Marketing Lead for SMS and Mobile to drive GTM strategies, product launches, and market intelligence. You will partner with the SMS & Mobile product team to influence roadmaps and champion customer needs, delivering high-ROI mobile initiatives across the globe.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across Sales, CS, Enablement, and Growth Marketing to scale adoption and revenue, while shaping go-to-market storytelling and market positioning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing
• Experience in marketing tech or e-commerce is a plus
• Strong positioning and storytelling track record

Responsibilities

• Define value proposition and messaging for SMS & Mobile products
• Lead end-to-end GTM strategies across teams
• Monitor mobile trends and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with PMM to influence product roadmap
• Develop campaigns and ROI models to drive revenue growth
• Create GTM assets and enablement for sales teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive mobile business objectives
