Klaviyo, in the United States, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own Go-to-Market Excellence—driving programs, plays, and enablement that turn product innovation into pipeline, adoption, and revenue. You’ll empower sellers, Customer Success Managers, and partners to tell the Klaviyo story and win deals, helping customers get more value from our expanding platform.

You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Partnerships, GTM Ops, and PMMs to build scalable sales

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, sales enablement, or field marketing.
• Proven track record of building sales plays, programs, and enablement.
• Experience working with sales and customer success teams.
• Experience enabling partners is a plus.
• Marketing technology or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into strategy.
• Clear communicator who translates product value into business impact.
• Influential cross-functional partner who can drive alignment without formal authority.
• Strong program management and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and accountability for results.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end Seller Experience: what they need, when they need it, and how to access it.
• Build and maintain scalable sales plays and cross-functional GTM programs.
• Partner with Customer Success to drive product adoption, cross-sell, and expansion motions.
• Define the strategy and cadence for product and messaging enablement across teams.
• Extend core messaging and enablement to agency, technology, and ecosystem partners.
• Translate launches into field-ready narratives, assets, and readiness for go-live.
• Gather win/loss and deal insights to shape messaging and priorities.
• Define and track success metrics for plays and enablement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties to support the PMM and GTM teams.
