Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience translating GTM strategy into field-ready execution.
• Proven track record developing sales plays, enablement programs, and training materials.
• Role spans product positioning & messaging or sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enablement materials - pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive positioning - that help Salesforce Core AEs, Marketing Cloud AEs, Agentforce Specialists, and Qualified Specialists confidently sell Qualified.
• Build and deliver high-impact presentations and demos for internal enablement sessions.
• Design and deliver enablement programs and content (training materials, FAQs, talk tracks, demo guides) for technical and non-technical sellers.
• Create, launch, and manage quarterly sales plays aligned to product priorities, market opportunities, and field needs to drive measurable pipeline growth.
• Design and build AI-powered enablement tools - including Slackbot skills and agent workflows - that turn multi-source seller research into instant, actionable guidance, and iterate on them based on field usage.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to develop scalable onboarding and ongoing training.
• Support the content hub strategy (Qualified Enablement Hub) so sellers can always find what they need.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity while maintaining clarity and execution.
