Job summary

Justworks seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth to shape our funnel, messaging, and GTM systems across acquisition, activation, and expansion. You will partner with Product, Growth Marketing, Revenue, and PMMs to translate customer insights into scalable programs that accelerate growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or related B2B SaaS.
• Outstanding storyteller: tailor narratives to different audiences from prospects to leadership.
• Data-driven with customer empathy; combine intuition with rigorous analysis.
• Experience in hybrid self-serve and sales-assisted GTM motions; SMB experience preferred.
• Fluent in funnel metrics: CAC, time-to-value, NRR, ARPC, lifecycle progression.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ownership mentality; scrappy and resourceful in fast-moving environments.
• Experience in HR tech, fintech, payroll or adjacent SMB platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and prioritize growth strategies across the funnel.
• Define audiences, lifecycle messaging, and behavioral signals.
• Build prioritization frameworks guiding investment decisions.
• Serve as business owner for funnel area: set goals and report results.
• Define hypotheses, design tests, and translate results into improvements.
• Develop an experimentation roadmap for acquisition and expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth Marketing, Revenue, Sales, and Market Intelligence.
