Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Senior Solutions/Marketing PMM to own industry-specific narratives and the enterprise segment story. You will translate audience cohorts into sharp messaging and build core materials—web, demos, decks—and partner with sales to feed enterprise requirements back into R&D.

You’ll drive demand-gen support and campaign journeys, ensuring messaging quality and speed to market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or industry/segment marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Built industry or vertical messaging and the assets to support it.
• Owned Enterprise or segment marketing — including the trust, security, and requirements story enterprise buyers demand.
• Partnered with demand gen and campaigns — owning the messaging while they own channel and execution.
• Operated where product ships faster than messaging can keep up, finding a way to move at that pace without losing quality.

Responsibilities

• Define industry messaging from audience cohorts and build core materials (web pages, demos, sales decks, plays, campaign messaging).
• Own Enterprise segment product marketing, building segment messaging and bill of materials (sales deck, web, plays).
• Partner with sales to understand enterprise requirements and feed back into R&D.
• Support campaign messaging and demand gen — define audience targeting and co-create campaign journeys with DG and integrated marketing.
• Create frameworks that provide reps a sharper entry into multi-stakeholder deals across industries and personas.
• Test messaging effectiveness through field feedback, conversion signals, and rep confidence, iterating quickly.
