Superhuman Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Docs product to own the full lifecycle—from partnering with PM and design to define positioning and launch strategy for AI-native features.

You will drive adoption and growth across self-serve, team, and enterprise segments, build customer evidence, and collaborate with sales, CS, and marketing to win in a competitive productivity software market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or productivity software.
• Ability to partner with product and design teams to influence roadmap decisions.
• Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies, including content and enablement materials.
• Proven track record in driving adoption, activation, or retention beyond launch.
• Experience developing positioning for technical/platform products for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and designers to shape priorities based on customer and market insights.
• Develop positioning and messaging frameworks for self-serve, team, and enterprise audiences.
• Define and execute go-to-market plans for new features and products.
• Drive adoption and retention using product data and usage signals.
