Read AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, messaging, and end-to-end launches for a fast-growing AI-powered collaboration platform. You will own product storytelling, enable the field, and drive adoption across self-serve and enterprise motions.

You will craft customer-backed use-cases, differentiate for multiple audiences, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a consistent narrative and measurable impact on growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product marketing in SaaS, AI, productivity, or a fast-moving category.
• Demonstrated ability to position complex or emerging products and own launches.
• Exceptional writing and narrative development; translate technical products into credible outcomes.
• Comfort challenging founders and executives without a large marketing org.
• A portfolio of real work — messaging, launches, websites, enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain positioning and messaging architecture across the product and company narrative.
• Own launches end-to-end — positioning, proof, web copy, enablement, education.
• Develop use cases and customer-backed narratives with proof from Product and Data.
• Lead content strategy for the marketing site and align with campaigns and lifecycle.
• Enable Sales with pitch narratives, demos, and battlecards; build for both self-serve and enterprise.
• Run voice-of-customer programs and maintain competitive intelligence across meeting tools and workplace AI.
