Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior Product Marketing Manager to own go‑to‑market for high‑priority, cross‑cutting AI initiatives. You will craft positioning, messaging, and narratives, and lead the plan with product, research, comms, demand generation, and sales to ship launches.

This senior IC role requires autonomy and comfort with ambiguous, technical problems—often in safety and cyber—and a passion for frontier AI work. The SF office is a must for 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own go‑to‑market strategy for rotating special projects, from positioning to launch execution.
• Develop crisp, differentiated narratives for new capabilities and initiatives.
• Translate complex technical subjects (safety and safeguards) into clear messaging for developers and enterprise buyers.
• Act as program lead: define launch plan, timeline, and workstreams; align stakeholders; drive cross‑functional execution.
• Create core launch assets and source-of-truth materials (messaging frameworks, narratives, FAQs, enablement content).
• Partner with Product and Research leads to shape framing and sequencing for market; feed back market and competitive insight.
• Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks to speed up launches over time.
• Operate as trusted owner: surface risks early and communicate with leadership.
