Job summary

Coder is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Workflows and Integrations, two key surfaces in Coder Agents. You will shape vision, strategy, and roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver measurable impact.

Expect a lean approach with judgment over bureaucracy and frequent executive-level conversations. You’ll drive the full lifecycle from ideation through GA, prioritizing automation and integration opportunities while ensuring alignment with enterprise

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of experience building software products end-to-end with clear customer and business outcomes.
• Built products where developers or platform/DevOps operators were the adopters.
• Launched an agent-enabled or LLM product to production and can discuss design, evaluations, and failure modes.
• Owned a platform, API, or extensibility surface with versioning, auth, and governance trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for Workflows and Integrations from incubating ideas to GA and scale.
• Define and evolve vision and strategy with a clear roadmap from customer, market, and business signals.
• Determine what to automate first and how to earn trust for unattended agent execution.
• Own the integration surface and define partner reach and build requirements.
• Engage with enterprise accounts for feedback and ecosystem analysis.
• Provide structured requirements and incisive problem statements to move fast with rigor.
• Lead executive roadmap reviews, product demos, and enterprise stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with PMM on licensing, packaging, and pricing decisions.
