Job summary

Coder is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Workflows and Integrations, driving strategy for two new surfaces in Coder Agents. You will shape vision, collaborate with engineering and GTM teams, and move quickly with disciplined judgment.

You'll engage directly with enterprise accounts, define roadmaps, and lead executive conversations to balance speed with rigor. This is a hands-on, high-impact product leadership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building software products end-to-end with clear customer and business outcomes.
• Experience with developer-facing or infrastructure products.
• Experience taking a product from zero to GA and working with enterprise engineering teams.
• You can own a platform or API surface with strong governance and auth considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for Workflows and Integrations from incubating ideas to GA and scaling.
• Define and evolve product vision and strategy for both charters, turning signals into a roadmap.
• Lead high-stakes customer conversations, including executive roadmap reviews and demos.
• Collaborate with PMM on licensing, packaging, and pricing for sustainable growth.
