Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Integrations to lead complex integrations bridging the creator ecosystem, customer experience, and external platforms. You will own the bi-directional flow of 3P data and authentication, shaping integration strategy and execution across partner integrations.

You will translate customer specs into architecture and clear requirements, guiding engineering and GTM for a global audience of developers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software experience with at least 3+ years building out product APIs.
• Experience designing with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Webhooks.
• Proven expertise with JSON/XML data structures and modern authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
• Experience with iPaaS solutions (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier) to accelerate partner connectivity.
• Experience interfacing with clients to design and support API solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and justify product enhancements, technical capabilities, and integration standards across our platform.
• Oversee the Integrations development process ensuring alignment with customer needs and vision; broker inbound data ingestion and outbound publishing/syndication.
• Analyze customer specifications and determine optimal integration architecture with technical leads.
• Translate integration vision into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs for engineering teams.
• Facilitate scenario-based technical discussions with enterprise clients, ecosystem partners, and marketplaces.
• Demonstrate ownership of the full life-cycle of Integration and SDK products from strategy to GTM.
• Collaborate with business units and marketing to define the global go-to-market strategy for 3P integrations.
