Job summary

PagerDuty is looking for a Senior Product Manager for AI and Automation to define and drive the roadmap for Workflows. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of product management experience, a strong understanding of SRE, and the ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping customer-facing software at scale.
• Deep fluency in SRE and DevOps domain.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation and infrastructure tooling.
• Strong technical aptitude to engage with engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year roadmap for Workflows and Actions.
• Lead product definition for PagerDuty’s automation platform.
• Work closely with engineering to define trust and safety boundaries.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to enhance agentic experiences.
• Own the customer-facing surface of agentic authorization.
