Job summary

Ironclad in San Francisco is hiring a Sr. Staff Product Manager to own strategy and execution for core Workflow Efficiency initiatives.

You will shape the roadmap for approvals, notifications, and AI-powered workflow experiences while partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, and GTM teams. You will lead cross-functional collaborations to improve contract cycle times, reduce administrative work, and enable business users to work autonomously within guardrails.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including several years of staff-level ownership of a technically complex product area.
• Strong UX understanding and ability to ship customer-facing products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, workflow products, approvals, task management, or systems with state, permissions, and routing.
• Real world experience with LLM-based systems and AI-assisted workflow experiences.
• Fluency with APIs, data models, event-driven systems, workflow engines, and platform dependencies.
• Strong quantitative judgment and ability to define metrics and feedback loops to measure impact.
• Excellent customer empathy and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across Engineering, Design, Data, AI, GTM, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and the quality by defining product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for major Workflow Efficiency initiatives.
• Evolve workflow capabilities, including roles, tasks, assignments, and approvals as a reliable foundation for analytics and AI-powered experiences.
• Expand AI functionality by designing and building AI agents to streamline workflow execution.
• Build frontend experiences to help users track work, understand dependencies, and identify blockers in contracting lifecycle.
• Focus on data quality to make workflow activity and intelligence actionable and explainable.
• Lead through influence to align engineering, design, data, executives, and partners around clear decisions.
