Job summary

FutureFit AI is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the Customer Workflows domain, bridging product, engineering, data, and AI to ship working prototypes and agentic AI-powered flows. You'll manage end-to-end roadmaps and drive discovery with lightweight research to validate customer problems.

This role requires AI-native leadership, strong technical depth, and a track record of cross-functional impact, translating insights into product requirements and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ownership of a product area at platform level with clear trade-offs.
• Lead multi-quarter, cross-functional technical initiatives end-to-end.
• AI-native work approach using LLMs, agents, and AI-assisted tools as the primary layer.
• Strong technical depth to shape architecture and non-functional requirements.
• Data fluency with precision OKRs and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Workflows domain end-to-end, including roadmap and delivery.
• Lead Employer & Recruiter Portal and Business Service Workflows.
• Define agentic AI/data use cases and translate into clear requirements.
• Write PRDs with acceptance criteria and data requirements.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, CS, and GTM; mentor teams.
