Ironclad, Inc. in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Sr. Staff Product Manager to own strategy and execution for Workflow Efficiency, shaping how approvals, tasks, and AI-powered workflows operate for hundreds of thousands of users.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Legal, Customer Success, Sales, and executives to deliver reliable state management, usable UX, and measurable impact on cycle time and contract velocity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with staff-level ownership of complex product areas.
• Strong track record shipping customer-facing products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, workflow products, approvals, and task management.
• Real-world experience with LLM-based systems and AI-assisted workflow experiences.
• Fluency with APIs, data models, event-driven systems, workflow engines, and platform dependencies.
• Strong quantitative judgment and metrics-driven decision making.
• Excellent customer empathy and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across audiences.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across Engineering, Design, Data, AI, GTM, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for major Workflow Efficiency initiatives.
• Evolve workflow capabilities including roles, tasks, assignments, and approvals as a reliable foundation for customer-facing functionality.
• Expand AI functionality by designing and building AI agents to streamline workflow execution.
• Build front-end user experiences to help users track and manage contracting lifecycle tasks.
• Focus on data quality to improve accuracy and explainability of approval histories and metrics.
• Lead through influence across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
