Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Sub Same Day Operations Excellence team in scaling the SSD network over the next three years, tackling weekly ops hurdles and shaping roadmaps to improve on-time delivery, productivity, and quality for high-volume events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Define the program strategy and initiatives to uphold that strategy.
Self-identify problem statements and opportunities; present to leadership.
Coordinate resources across teams to drive critical prioritization discussions.
Manage and deliver results on complex programs across multiple organizations.
Gather business requirements for technical and BI integration; negotiate features.
Create metrics to drive operational and program improvements.
Partner with Directors, VPs and other leaders across the organization.
