Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of new customer-facing SSD delivery offerings within Amazon's Sub-Same Day network. This role owns the end-to-end program lifecycle—from pilot design through scale—for initiatives that introduce new speed, precision, and scheduling capabilities to customers.

You will drive expansion strategy, own the economic sustainability framework, and serve as the connective tissue between operations, science, tech, finance, and CX

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own expansion strategy and roadmap for new customer delivery offerings and scale decisions.
• Lead economic sustainability workstream with finance to model costs.
• Drive cross-functional cadence across operations, science, and tech teams for readiness.
• Synthesize performance, insights, and financial projections for leadership reviews.
• Define and manage customer insights integration plans informing CX trade-offs at scale.
• Develop operating model adjustments and cost levers based on data maturity.
• Identify blockers to scale and coordinate resolution across sites.
• Build mechanisms to transfer learnings from pilots to expansion sites.
