Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.

• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience in complex problem solving and working under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop end-to-end program strategy and operations for SSD, driving measurable improvements in customer experience and business outcomes.
• Partner with Directors and technical leaders to align on strategic priorities and ensure successful program delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Tech, Product, Operations, and Program teams to coordinate alignment.
• Define and improve scalable processes to meet evolving global business demands.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery of features in the roadmap.
