Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Sub Same Day (SSD) Operations Excellence team in New York. You will own the strategy for the program, define initiatives, and drive cross-functional prioritization to improve on-time delivery, productivity and quality for peak events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

Responsibilities

• Define the program strategy and initiatives to uphold it
• Identify problems and opportunities and present to leadership
• Source, allocate, and coordinate resources with teams across Amazon
• Manage and deliver results on complex programs across multiple orgs
• Gather business requirements for technical and BI integration and negotiate improvements
