Job summary

ConsultNet seeks a Project Manager IC3 to lead mid-level professional services engagements in SaaS and nearshore delivery. This remote role supports clients with cross-functional teams and ensures high customer satisfaction, scope control, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate 12–16 enterprise projects concurrently, manage stakeholder expectations, and apply strong project management methodologies. Salesforce data and PM tooling proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Strong risk management capabilities.
• Experience working with third-party resellers/partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and adjust project scope and timelines.
• Schedule and lead meetings for team and customers.
• Conduct client meetings via video/voice calls.
• Escalate issues and drive resolution.
• Ensure data in Salesforce and PM tools is up to date.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Lead internal teams to prioritize and manage projects.
