Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior PMO Project Manager to drive strategic programs for global clients in a fully remote-capable role. You will own master plans, risk registers, dashboards, and executive status reports, coordinating with IT, Sales, and Finance teams across multiple geographies.

You will lead steering committee communications, prepare MoMs, and deliver concise executive briefings. Oracle E-Business Suite experience is a plus, as are SaaS and Hi-Tech project exposures.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining project plans, dependencies, issues, and risk management documentation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track action items, and prepare MoMs.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and status reports.
• Knowledge or experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).

Responsibilities

• Maintain master project plans, timelines, dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, ServiceNow architects, and business stakeholders across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and steering committee communications, track action items, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
• Prepare executive presentations, briefings, and project status reports for leadership.
