Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Senior Project Manager to independently lead complex, multi-workstream engagements across remote teams in the United States. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and delivery discipline, mentoring junior PMs, and coordinating Adobe Experience Cloud platforms with cross-functional teams.

You will drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality, navigate ambiguity, and provide senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

4–8 years of project delivery experience or equivalent.
Proven ability to independently lead complex projects with multiple workstreams and vendors.
Strong command of planning, scope control, budgeting, and delivery reporting.
Sound judgment in resolving competing priorities and making tradeoffs.
Experience anticipating delivery risks and creating mitigation plans.
Ability to manage project financials in partnership with teams.

Responsibilities

Lead complex projects with minimal oversight and align activities to client outcomes.
Develop and maintain integrated plans across workstreams, milestones, teams, and vendors.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, governance, and change.
Lead governance forums, communicate health, options, and required actions clearly.
Coordinate Adobe platform implementations, migrations, and integrations.
Mentor junior PMs and strengthen delivery standards and reporting.
