Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Project Manager for Building Systems to safely lead planning, direction, and execution of complex pre-engineered projects. You will manage client satisfaction, financial outcomes, and contract compliance while mentoring team members.

The ideal candidate has PEBM project management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in schedule control, document management, and cross‑functional collaboration with architects, engineers, and owners.

Qualifications

• Experience with pre-engineered metal building project management.
• 3+ years in construction with degree; 5+ years if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Manage multiple project teams and ensure profit and client satisfaction.
• Develop contingency plans and mitigate risks on critical paths.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to advance projects.
• Submit change orders and maintain project documentation and meetings.
