Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for the Building Systems Division in the United States. The role focuses on safely completing planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes of Building System projects.

Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings and mentoring teams is highly valued. The successful candidate will manage subcontractor contracts, oversee scheduling, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners to ensure

Qualifications

• Requires degree in construction management or related field with at least 3 years of construction experience (5+ years if no degree).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling and document control is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Manage multiple project teams and maximize profit and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with on-site Superintendents to ensure highest quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop pre-construction/RFP packages with Estimating, and build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit change orders, meeting minutes, and O&M manuals on schedule.
