Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, seeks a Project Manager for its Building Systems Division to safely lead planning, execution, and delivery of pre-engineered building projects. You will mentor teams, navigate contracts and drawings, and ensure client satisfaction and profitability.

Ideal candidates have metal building project management experience, strong scheduling and document control skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects with a focus on quality

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or related field; 3+ years construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven scheduling and document control capabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with blueprints, specs, and local building standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of PMs and ASMs to deliver results.
• Develop contingency plans and manage risk on critical path items.
• Understand subcontractor scope and contracts; identify opportunities and risks.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Coordinate pre-construction activities and RFP packages with estimating.
