Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for Building Systems to safely complete planning, management, and financial outcomes of assigned projects. The candidate should have proven Pre-Engineered Metal Building PM experience and strong leadership in cross-functional teams.

The role requires understanding of contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications, plus excellence in communication and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have pre-engineered metal building PM experience.
• Degree in construction management or related field; 3+ years in construction; 5+ years if no degree.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Scheduling and document control experience required.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Projects, and document control tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops solutions to prevent issues before they arise.
• Creates contingency plans for critical path risks.
• Understands subcontractor scopes and contracts; identifies risks.
• Leads project teams to deliver results and meet targets.
• Builds relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Pre-construction/RFP package coordination with estimating.
