Lemartec Corporation, based in Kansas City, seeks a Project Manager for the Building Systems Division to safely lead planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes on complex pre-engineered metal building projects.

Ideal candidates have PM experience in pre-engineered metal buildings, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of design drawings, specifications, and scheduling with MS Project.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in construction management or related field; 3+ years in construction (5+ years if no degree)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Must have scheduling and document control experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Experience with MS Office, scheduling programs (MS Projects preferred), and document control programs

Aufgaben

• Develops solutions to prevent issues before start of projects
• Creates contingency plans for risks and delays
• Understands subcontractor scope and contracts
• Leads a team of Project Managers and Assistant PMs
• Manages client relationships and new business development
• Oversees pre-construction/RFP and coordinates with estimating
• Ensures project quality control and client satisfaction
• Submits change orders and meeting minutes promptly
