Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for a New Custom-Home Construction role in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. The right candidate will oversee site operations from design through pre-con, selection of subcontractors, and contract execution, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.

Ideal applicants have 4+ years in residential construction with multi-project leadership and excellent customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot building.
• Ability to manage 8–10 projects simultaneously with high-value homes.
• 4+ years proven track record in operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong customer/owner communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Site management from design/pre-con through contracts, subcontractor selection, safety and scheduling.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
