Job summary

Manheim, part of Cox Automotive, seeks a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization to set direction, lead discovery, and build products that reduce cost and waste across the auction network. You will translate complex operations into strategy, define roadmaps, and partner with engineering, UX, data, and field teams.

You’ll mentor other PMs, own KPIs, and champion AI-driven discovery while aligning with SAFe practices and PI planning across the release train.

Qualifications

• Experience leading discovery independently and turning it into a fundable business case.
• Ability to translate complex operational problems into clear requirements.
• Experience coaching/mentoring other product managers.
• Familiarity with SAFe and PI planning practices.

Responsibilities

• Own interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization.
• Lead end-to-end discovery and validate problems with field users.
• Define and monitor KPIs using data and research.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and analytics to prototype and validate solutions.
• Mentor other PMs and contribute to PI planning and strategy.
