Job summary
Manheim, a leading vehicle auction network, seeks a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization. You will own problem areas, guide discovery, and shape a 6–9 month roadmap, partnering with engineering, UX, and analytics to validate solutions and secure funding.
You will mentor other PMs, align with SAFe Agile practices, and champion AI-driven discovery while reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of experience; or a Master’s degree and 4 years; a Ph.D. and 1 year; or 18 years with no degree.
- Proven track record leading discovery and turning it into a fundable business case.
- Experience coaching or mentoring other product managers.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and PI planning.
- Ability to translate operations complexity into clear requirements and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own one or more interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization.
- Lead discovery efforts end-to-end with field users and research.
- Translate validated problems into specifications and resolve ambiguity.
- Define a 6–9 month roadmap and build business cases for funding.
- Define and monitor KPIs using data tools and field research.
