Job summary
Manheim, a Cox Automotive brand, is transforming how vehicles move through its auction network. As Lead Product Manager on the Lot Operations Modernization team, you will define strategy, lead discovery, and build products to reduce cost and waste across the network.
You will own interconnected problem areas, guide end-to-end discovery, and shape a 6–9 month roadmap while mentoring other PMs and partnering with engineering, UX, and analytics to validate solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience leading discovery and turning it into a fundable business case.
- Ability to translate operational complexity into clear requirements.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and PI planning.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Own one or more problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization and drive strategy.
- Lead end-to-end discovery with field users and data-driven validation.
- Translate problems into specifications and remove ambiguity.
- Define a 6–9 month roadmap and build compelling business cases.
- Define and monitor KPIs using analytics and field research.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, and release train teams; mentor others.
