Job summary

nVent Management Company is seeking a Project Manager to drive flawless, on-schedule project delivery. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure contracts and specifications are met, manage change orders, and oversee scheduling, invoicing, and risk mitigation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, experience with ERP systems (JDE/Oracle/SAP), and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or 5+ years in industry fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Excel, MS Project or scheduling software, and ERP systems (JDE/Oracle/SAP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure project delivered per contract/PO and specs.
• Establish and manage project schedules with customers and internal teams.
• Identify and manage change orders with approvals.
• Analyze revenue, cost, and profitability including materials and labor.
• Lead kickoff meetings, reviews, and status updates.
