Job summary

The HT Group is partnering with a growing organization to hire an experienced Manager of Project Management who will lead a team and drive the successful execution of complex engineered-to-order projects. This hands-on leader will coordinate across Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations from Denison, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, data centers, industrial fabrication, engineered equipment, or a similar project-driven environment.
• 2+ years in a management/leadership role in manufacturing or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and project tracking tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex projects from engineering release through procurement, fabrication, assembly, and shipment.
• Manage project priorities, workloads, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Align project schedules with manufacturing capacity, labor, and material availability.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide clear project status and delivery forecasts to leadership and customers.
